Today’s series isn’t a romance series, though there is a romance in the series between the hero and one of the characters. This is one of those series that sucks you and keeps you there from the first book to the last. Whenever I talk about the series with other people they say one of two things 1) they’ve read it and loved it or 2) it’s on their TBR pile. I’ve read it once, and DH has read it twice.

Even if it’s not romance-driven, I’m intrigued with the premise. The ancient history are things I like to learn about in non-fiction books but don’t often read about fictionally.
I haven’t heard of this series either. My daughter will love it.
I do like a book that grabs you from the get go.
