Book Recommendations

Today we thought we’d change it up a bit and post the top five books we think all romance readers need to have, and if you are looking for something to read this week-end maybe you’ll pick one of these up. I do have to say that as soon as I told this to all of our reviewers Janon sent me her list in less than a minute, and here I thought I was good. All the books are linked to their GR page. I”ve read only three books from this list! I have everything by Julie Garwood, but have yet to read them in English.
I think Bertrice Small – Skye O’Malley is my favourite historical romance of all time. Closely followed by Barbara Bickmore – The moon below. Even my mother and sisters liked it when I made them read it! I read that one in Dutch every year at least once.
Christine Feehan blew me away with Water Bound. Annette Blair – Bedeviled Angel is dealing with some heavy issues in an awesome and passionate way. I enjoy all her books, but this one is special. For the rest it is impossible to pick a single book by all the other authors whose work I love.

Sea Swept is one of my all time favorite Nora books…actually that whole series. It came during the time we were adopting our sons from foster care. Slave to Sensation is also a must read, but Judd is my favorite. I haven’t read the others though.

I haven’t read any of them! I have read some others in Julia Quinn’s series & Carolyn Brown’s series. I guess I’d better add to my list of TBR!

The Duke and I is probably Julia Quinn’s best book EVER!
