Holiday Recipe & Traditions: Chicken Rice Casserole by Cindy Gerard

 Today we have Cindy  Gerard sharing one her families holiday recipes. This one is perfect for after a day of holiday shopping and wrapping.

CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE
1 C uncooked Minute Rice
2 C black wild rice uncooked
1 pkg frozen, boneless chicken breasts cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 soup cans of water

Spray 9 X 13 baking dish with pam. mix rice and place in bottom of dish. place chicken over rice. spread cream soups over chicken. sprinkle onion soup mix over all. add water
cover and bake 2 hours at 325degrees. do not uncover while baking.
simple and delicious.
