My Thoughts:
If you follow the blog at all you know that I am A HUGE Laura Kaye fan! I never pass up a chance to read her words and immerse myself in a world of her making. While I’ve never experienced or practiced BDSM, Laura writes this subgenre with a flare that draws you in and makes you experience the feelings, the longing, the touch of darkness and consensual debauchery. Because OH MAN that dance floor scene had me squirming in my chair I will happily admit that I read it through at least 3 times – YUMMY!
There was an obvious connection between Quin and Cassie but a broken playdate and 2 years later Cassie has a fear that she needs help overcoming and Quin is her man. He has always gone into playdates with a no commitment rule but with the recent ‘falling’ of a couple of his Blasphemy brothers – there may be something to this one man and one woman thing!
Read Laura if you haven’t, you will not be disappointed! I have spent many lazy afternoons lost in a world of her making and she is one of the few authors that I will reread!
