What’s everyone reading? Giveaway? Why not?

I’ve just finished reading a book and have been staring at the pile of books on my table and in my kindle that I’ve gotten in the last couple of weeks and thought WHAT IN THE HECK AM I GOING TO READ? So I went back to an old favorite Visions in Heat by Nalini Singh, partly because I’m re-reading all of her books getting ready for Vasic’s book this summer. I’ve also decided this is the year of the great re-read, which means I’m going to try and re-read most of the books in my library.

Because it’s the year of the great re-read I’m going to giveaway the readers choice of kindle, nook or print of some of my favorite re-reads. Want to know what books they are?

  • Devil’s Bride by Stephanie Laurens
  • Beyond Shame by Kit Rocha
  • Sea Swept by Nora Roberts
  • The Secret by Julie Garwood
  • Naked in Death by J.D. Robb
  • Slave to Sensation by Nalini Singh
  • Crazy Hot by Tara Janzen
  • Captivated by Lauren Dane
  • Kiss of the Highlander by Karen Marie Moning
  • The Darkest Hour by Maya Banks

I think that’s a good list to choose from don’t you? So what do you have to do to win one of these? It’s simple, tell me what book you are reading right now, are you loving it, hating it? Do y ou do re-reads? If so, who is on top of your list?

I’ve not loved all of her books in this series, Slim and Mitch are favorite of her heroes. Love those men.

I’m reading Joan Swan’s “Rush” in print and listening to Elisabeth Naughton’s “Tempted” in audio. I’m enjoying both. I like that Rush (and the Phoenix Rising series) is a combination of Sci-Fi and Paranormal Romance. Elisabeth isn’t afraid to make her heroes into complete jerks sometimes, which is great. It is more realistic, even if you do want to punch them.

I love Elisabeth Naughton’s series. It’s on my re-read list of 2014. And you’re right she does love making her heroes jerks to save them from themselves.

Lori Foster and Nora are on my list of re-reads. Did you see that Lauren asked about who we want to see in 2015 from one of her already established series?

I just finished The Madman’s Daughter and I absolutely loved it! Wicked good. I’m about to dig into Real by Katy Evans– super excited.
I do re-reads when I need a sure thing– or cheering up. Some of my favorites are: Spirited Away by Cindy Miles, the first 3 novels in the Black Dagger Brotherhood series by JR Ward, Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, A Hunger Like No Other by Kresley Cole, How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire by Kerrelyn Sparks… I could go on and on 🙂

Right now, I’m reading Monica McCarty’s The Saint from her Highland Guards series. I don’t get to re-read many books but a few that I always give a good skim to are Julie Garwood’s Saving Grace, some Nora Roberts, Johanna Lindsey and Jill Shalvis. My go-to feel good books 🙂

I am currently re-reading Choosing Riley by S.E. Smith. I am an avid reader but will re-read my favorites many times. It helps that I am a speed reader as well. Some of the authors that have gotten re-reads from me are Linda Howard, Julie Garwood, Kristen Ashley, S.E. Smith, Laurann Dohner, Eve Langlais, Mary Janice Davidson, and Dara Joy; I can honestly say I have re-read every book I own by all of these authors, even the super wordy KA!

I am reading Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell right now and loving it very much. I don’t normally re-read books, but I do re-read my favorite scenes. I don’t like re-reading entire books because I already know what’s going to happen, but I love reliving the best moments!
