Thoughts:  While I have to admit that I have not loyally read each book in this series, I have read a few of them.  I have to say, out of the ones I have read, this one is my favorite.  I always enjoy the story told by Walters, but I particularly enjoyed the main character’s connection to his teenage nephews.  And having twins – one who can shift and another that cannot – was an interesting twist and I liked how all the characters were written.  I loved the connection between the characters, as well.  This book was a really strong one in the series and I loved how the Salvation Pack was knocked off balance by these new characters and seeing how they interact together.

Very enjoyable book from Walters!  I can only hope the twins will get their own books later on!  😉
