Not Your Momma’s Deviled Eggs
6 eggs, hard-boiled and finely chopped
3 T. real bacon bits
1/4 cup mayo
1 1/2 tsp minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp mustard
1 cup shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese
In a bowl combine all ingredients except the cheese and mix together until creamy. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in the cheese. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
I love deviled eggs and anything with bacon has to be great.
This sounds great. I’ve never seen anything like it and am looking forward to trying it.
