TBRG Holiday Recipe Exchange: Peppermint Chocolate Cheese Spread from Erin Nicholas

Today’s recipe comes from Contemporary Author Erin Nicholas.

Peppermint Chocolate Cheese Spread


* 8 oz cream cheese

* 1 stick butter (softened)

* ¾ cup powdered sugar

* 2 Tbsp brown sugar

* ½ tsp peppermint extract

* 2 crushed candy canes

* ½ cup mini chocolate chips


With a mixer, cream together cream cheese and butter

Add powdered sugar and brown sugar and peppermint extract.

Mix well.

Mix in crushed candy canes and mini chocolate chips.

Chill to firm.

Form into a ball.

Garnish with mini chocolate chips and candy canes

Serve with chocolate graham crackers.
