All He Ever Needed by Shannon Stacey

Title: All He Ever Needed

Series: The Kowalski’s bk 4

Author: Shannon Stacey

Genre: Contemporary

Born to Roam

Mitch Kowalski lives out of a suitcase—and he likes it that way. Traveling for work has the added bonus of scaring off women who would otherwise try to tie him down. But when he’s called home to help with running the family lodge, he’s intrigued by the new girl in town and her insistence that she doesn’t need a man—for anything. If there’s one thing Mitch can’t resist, it’s a challenge, especially a beautiful one.

Looking for Home

After a nomadic childhood, Paige Sullivan is finally putting down roots. Determined to stand on her own two feet, she lives by the motto men are a luxury, not a necessity. But when Mr. Tall, Dark and Hot pulls up a stool in her diner and offers her six weeks of naughty fun with a built-in expiration date, she’s tempted to indulge.

Mitch won’t stay put for a woman, and Paige won’t chase after a man—they’re the perfect match for a no-strings fling. Until they realize the amazing sex has become anything but casual…

If you have never read a Shannon Stacey book than you need to correct this immediately and read her. She writes characters that could be your next door neighbors or a family member, and make you want to know them more.

In Yours to Keep Shannon introduced us to another branch of the Kowalski’s and if you thought Kevin and Joe’s stories were something well then you need to check out Sean, the hero of Yours to Keep’s brothers, the heroes of the next set of Kowalski books are Mitch, Ryan and Josh.

When Mitch comes home to help out his little brother, while he’s laid up with a broken leg, he had absolutely no intention of making any major life changes. That is until he gets a good look at the state of the family lodge, and at Paige the new owner of the local diner.

Mitch is one of those heroes that you want in your life. He knows the importance of family, and yet is perfectly happy with his life and has no intentions of changing anything.  That is until he gets a load of Paige. One look at her has Mitch thinking something different, what he isn’t sure.

Paige is one of those women we all want as a friend. She knows what she wants and doesn’t want in her life. She’s always thinking about her friends, but not to much, and she’s there for them when they need her. One of the things she doesn’t want or need is a man. Until Mitch walks into her diner and sets his sights on her.

This is one of those books you can’t put down because of all that is going on in the book. You have a really good romance between Mitch and Paige, the breakdown of Mitch’s best friend Drew’s marriage, his wife is friends with Paige, Mitch’s brother’s Ryan and Josh and their women issues, and plans to help the lodge.

Of all the Kowalski books Shannon has written this one is now my favorite and I didn’t think that was possible as I LOVED Joe and Kerri.
