Monday Author Spotlight

What time is it? It’s time to spotlight an author.

It is time to introduce you to a new author,

or re-introduce you to an old favorite.

Whichever the case may be, pull up a seat and meet…
…………

Catherine Hart

When I woke up this morning I knew that I had to share one of my all time favorite. She was one of the very first non-harlequin romance authors that I read. All of her books but her last two were all historicals. They went from the South to the Plains, and the Wild West. No matter where her books took place I felt that I was living during that time.

For some reason there isn’t much information on the web about her. The only thing that I could find on her was this blip from fantastic fiction.

Catherine Hart lives in Ohio, where she was born and raised, though her heart and imagination often roam west of the Mississippi and a century or more into the past. She is the mother of three grown children and a proud new “Nana”. She credits her success to a firm belief in true and lasting love, an overactive imagination, an insatiable thirst for knowledge, an off-the-wall sense of humor, and the numerous readers who enjoy sharing her adventures into bygone eras.

Some of my favorite books of hers are Silken Savage, Fallen Angel, Temptation, Fire and Ice, Ashes and Ecstasy, and Sweet Fury. All of her books are great however these are my personal favorites.
