Nothing is appealing to me NEED HELP!!

So nothing is appealing to me to read right now. I have a stack of Mary Kay Andrew books on my night stand and no desire to read them right now, I look at my tbr pile here and half of my books I am on the waiting list at the library(am not allowed to buy new books between labor day and Christmas, that’s a whole nother post in itself), and the other half haven’t come out yet.

So I need book suggestions, author suggestions, ANYTHING!!!

I am rereading books that I have read at least 5 times before, these are the authors that you don’t need to recommend as I have all of their books..
Nora Roberts/J.D. Robb
Sherrilyn Kenyon/Kinley MacGregor
Christine Feehan
Julie Garwood
Johanna Lindsey
Karen Marie Moning

crap the list just goes on and on…okay check out my shelf at shelfari to see what I own as this post could get very long if I listed every author that I have…

So ANY suggestions would be great…I’m dying here…LITERALLY!!! I have nothing to read…I NEED HELP!!!!

Hmm. I’m really in love with Jill Shalvis right now. Have you tried anything of hers? Maybe Get A Clue? She writes cute, light romances. Or if you want something shorter, try Flashpoint and Flashback.

Have you read Meljean Brook yet? Her Guardians series is heavy reading (meaning not light, short stories) but so amazing. Demon Angel is the first, and I think the pacing is a little slow at times, but overall it’s amazing. AM.AZ.ING.

Lori Wilde is good for a light contemporary read. So is Rachel Gibson.

Have you read Terri Brisbin? She writes for Harlequin Historical and she rawks. Lisa Kleypas also rocks my socks. ADORE her. Seduce Me at Sunrise was fabulous.

Give me an idea of what you’re in the mood for and I’ll try to recommend around that.

Wait, you’ve read Linda Howard, right?

    Holly,

I’ve tried Jill Shlvis and liked her, liked Linda Howard, Lisa Kleypas is a hit and miss for me.

I’m in the mood for anything right now. I have hit the big reading slump that all readers dread.

Let me go through your blog. I’m kind of braindead right now and need a refresher on what you’ve already read. 😉

Hey, I am going to send you Josie Litton’s Viking Triology Too. I will send both trilogies out soon for you!

I am going to try CL Wilson’s new series, have you looked into that? Also, I liked Jane Graves (fun Light), Meredith Duran, Duke of Shadows (dark, intense). The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins (YA) I won, but haven’t rcvd yet.

    Holly,

The one that is one the ARR top 100, Lord of Seduction I think. I reviewed on here. I do give an author 3 tries however before I never read them again, so if you have a book that you loved by her, I will try it out.

You could read the Halloween books we are going to read on my sight. One is available at the library and the other I could loan to you.
