THOUGHTS: This book just didn’t hit the mark for me. The characters were somewhat immature, and I just didn’t feel a connection with them at all. I didn’t feel this immense connection between the characters either that’s supposed to be strong enough to withstand two decades and bring these guys back together after so many years apart. It just wasn’t there for me. The writing wasn’t bad, and I’d be interested in reading more from the author, but in this instance I just didn’t feel it.
