Ignite Trilogy, Volume 1: Collin & Finnley

Seventeen years old when he broke my heart.
Seventeen days later when another picked up the pieces.
Seventeen years together.
Seventeen thousand problems.
Seventeen days of reliving my past and finding a new future.
Seventeen minutes until it all went up in flames.
Seventeen breaths until I took my last.
This is my story…and it’s going to burn.

I have been on quite the Tara kick lately…  I read and enjoyed the first two books in her Fool Me Once series.  I have the third book on my Kindle ready to go. I also have the entire Chocolate Lover’s series loaded and ready – the reviews for this series are off the charts!

So when I saw the hype about book 2 of her Ignite Trilogy, Branded,  on social media I knew that I better read Burned and get caught up!  The description to me was intriguing but honestly gave away very little as to what the book is about… but knowing Tara’s writing is always exceptional, I didn’t have a problem jumping into this one even though I really knew next to nothing about the storyline.

Seriously this woman can write a book!! That first scene where their eyes meet across the bar was just out of this world… I could feel the chemistry coming from the pages of my Kindle!  And WOW! Collin! I’ve read some hot firefighters before but this guy and his sweetness and integrity and honesty are the things that make stellar romance reads!

This is all in all a pretty short read but the punch that is delivered is not to be missed! The emotion and storyline and heat and supporting characters – oh man!!  This will go down as a favorite read of 2015! Along with Branded, which I have already read and given 5 stars too!! I see from Tara’s website that book 3, Scorched, will be out sometime in 2015! Sign me up please!!
