Maya Banks is an author I can count on to consistently deliver a story I will love and want more of. She was the very first digital author I ever read, and the very first erotic romance author I read.
When I first read Colter’s Woman I wondered how 3 brothers could love the same woman and be happy. She made me believe it was possible, and had me falling in love with this family. When Colter’s Lady came out she did it again and made me cry. Watching as Lily overcame the death of her daughter so many years before and what was done to her made my heart hurt. As Seth, Dylan and Michael all helped her to heal and begin to live again, we saw as their sister Callie was miserable. I have to admit when Colter’s Daughter came out it wasn’t what I was expecting at all, and yet it worked for Callie, well except where he was an ass, but oh how he redeemed himself in the end.
In Colter’s Promise we get to catch up with the entire Colter family and see where they all are as they prepare for the holiday’s. This book is glimpse into what is going on with all the members of the Colter family.
For each couple there are still struggles, and adjustments along with personal discoveries and changes. And a very special Christmas present for the whole family.
If you love this series then you won’t want to miss this book, I know I’m glad I read it as it made me want to go back and re-read all the books in this series again.
