Marked Anthology by Kit Rocha, Vivian Arend and Lauren Dane

markedAll that Remains by Lauren Dane (Paradise Village bk 1)

Rocky Ride by Vivian Arend (Thompson & Sons bk 1)

Beyond Temptation by Kit Rocha (Beyond bk 3.5)

New York Times and USA Today Bestselling author Lauren Dane takes you into a brand new world in ALL THAT REMAINS. Summer Killian falls fast and hard when Charlie arrives in Paradise Village. But the heat turns all the way up when she learns Charlie is also with Hatch – the man she loved three years before. While she’s not sure she’s cut out for a triad, neither man is going to give her up.

Take a ROCKY RIDE with New York Times and USA Today Bestselling author Vivian Arend as she leads you back to the Six Pack Ranch. Anna Coleman might be the law around Rocky Mountain House, but bad boy Mitch Thompson knows that under the stiff RCMP uniform is a woman with a passion for speed and pleasure that matches his own, and he’s not giving up until she’s his.

Kit Rocha returns to Sector Four in BEYOND TEMPTATION. A promise to a dying friend backfires when Noah Lennox finds that the girl he was supposed to rescue is all grown up–and wearing O’Kane ink. He wants to protect her from the secrets of their past, but she wants him. And an O’Kane woman always gets what she wants.

Thoughts: One book with THREE of my favorite authors. This is reading nirvana. I’ve been anxiously awaiting this anthology ever since all three authors told me about it, and did the happy dance for joy when I received my ARC.

All That Remains: I don’t think Lauren has ever written a book that I haven’t loved. In this new series of hers she takes us into the future and a world that has completely changed. I loved the romance between Summer, Charlie and Hatch. There was a lot emotion in this book. Hatch is with Charlie and has been for a few years, and he’s a hundred percent committed to him, and Charlie feels the same way about Hatch, and then he meets Summer and has an instant connection with her. Unbeknownst to him however Hatch and Summer have a past stretching to childhood. Because of this there is a lot to work through, but they do with a result that is awesome.

Rocky Ride: If you’ve never read a Vivian Arend book then you are missing out on of the best contemporary authors writing today. In Rocky Road we get to see Anna Coleman and Mitch Thompson come together. I’ve loved Anna in all the books she’s made an appearance in in the Six Pack Ranch series as she’s a cousin to those Coleman’s. I loved the dynamic between Mitch and Anna and how Mitch wasn’t afraid to go after what he wants, which is Anna.

Beyond Temptation: If you haven’t jumped on the Kit Rocha band wagon, what in the heck are you waiting for. In my opinion this is the best dystopian series being written today. In this story we get to meet Noah who made a brief apperearance in Beyond Jealousy and Emma who has been on the sidelines in the other books. I have to tell this book is HOT. The chemistry between Noah and Emma is sizzling. There are some twists and turns that take place in this story, one that begins to explain what happened in the past, and also what Dallas has up his sleeve. This is one book you won’t want to miss if you’re a fan of this series.

As anthologies go there is almost always one story that doesn’t hold up to the rest as for me. That isn’t the case with this one. I could and will probably read each of these stories over and over again.
