I love Lucy Monroe, I have read almost all of her harlequin books and had no clue that she had written other books, so when Melanie showed me this book when we were in the library I knew that I had to read it.

This was an interesting book, and I really enjoyed all of it. There were some things that bugged me, mainly the reaction of the hero when he finds out what she is hiding, when he is hiding something even bigger. I think is a complaint that I have seen expressed on other reviews as well however.

One of the things that I loved the most about this book was that both of them had strong emotions for the other but were afraid to share their secrets for fear of rejection. But when those secrets were revealed they realized that they only made their connection stronger.

This is one of those classic romance stories that makes you want them find true happiness. It is a really easy read and other than a few complaints I really enjoyed it.
