Title: The Prophecy
Series: Titan #4
Author: Jennifer L. Armentrout
History is on repeat…
Seth never thought he’d have a future. Now he’s on the brink of having it all: A tomorrow. A family. All that’s standing in the way of that forever with Josie is the Titans.
A price must be paid…
For Josie, entombing the Titans is what she was born to do. But she also knows she’s not fighting just for herself — she’s fighting for the man she loves, for their future, for the world. Together, Josie and Seth will face the unthinkable. And to win this war, the ultimate sacrifice must be made.
For the end is here and the Prophecy will be fulfilled….
ANDREA’S THOUGHTS:
Oh my gods y’all that was perfection! It was the most perfect way to end an amazing series. I was so excited to read this book because I wanted to jump right back in to this wonderful world JLA created. But I found myself not wanting to start it at the same time because I knew it would be the end! It was a crazy feeling that’s for sure. The feeling didn’t last long though; because the moment I started I couldn’t put it down.
The Prophecy picked up right where The Struggle left off. Seth, Josie, and the gang are still trying to save the world and entomb the Titans. I was right there with all my favorite characters again. Back in that amazing godly world, with epic battles, twists that I never saw coming, and of course all the banter and quick wit we love. Seth and Aiden have one hell of a bromance….yeah you read that right Seth and Aiden! Seth and Josie both grow so much in this book. Josie is a badass. Not in the same way as Alex, but a badass all the same. She is strong, confident, and she loves her man something fierce. Seth really blew me away in this book. He stepped up and really became the man that Josie always saw in him. His love for her knows no bounds. Their love really shined in this book. It was beautiful- the devotion, the passion, the absolute acceptance of the other. They endured so much, and at times it broke my heart, but their love was so strong through it all. So much happens in this book, and it is by far the most emotional of The Titan Series. Just when I thought I’d composed myself, the epilogue happened and I was blinking away happy tears while smiling and hugging this book!
Like I said this was the perfect ending to and EPIC series! And if I’m being totally honest, I’d recommend you read The Covenant Series and then The Titan Series. You don’t have to, The Titan series is a standalone spinoff of the Covenant Series. But if you really want to see how it all began, and really want to see how much Seth has grown, and really want to see how far Seth and Aiden have come, then The Covenant Series is where you should start!
